I am an end of life doula in training. I work as a domiciliary care worker with the elderly in and around Norwich and Norfolk and qualified to NVQ Level 2 in End of Life Care Skills. I volunteer on the palliative care ward at the local hospital with the Anne Robson trust Butterflies, sitting with people at the very end of their lives offering gentle companionship and support to the dying and their families. I also help to run Norwich Death Cafe with pop ups all over the city.

I came to this career after a long and varied work life all over Europe in everything from English teaching to drag cabaret! I have a degree in French and Spanish and am fluent in both. After looking after some of my own family members as they came to the end and as I started to feel the need to find a more spiritual purpose and meaning to my life, I discovered the end of life doula role and am now dedicating myself to offering loving support to those coming to the end of their lives. I specialise in supporting those on the fringes of society having lived there myself and feel that no-one should be excluded from having loving support at the end. I am available at various times over the week all over East Anglia.
